  • What time do you open and close?

    Stow venue:

     

    Doors will be opened and Registration will take place at 8:30am. Pick Up is at 4:00pm.


    All other venues:


    Doors will be opened and Registration will take place at 9.00am. Pick Up is at 3.00pm.

  • What age is camp for?

    Ages 5-14 years

  • Who can attend?

    Cotswold Active Camps is open to any child regardless of which school they attend. We also take bookings for one day to full weeks.

  • What if my child has special needs?

    We welcome children with special needs and are happy to work with parents/carers to ensure the child can join in as much as possible and have a fun and rewarding time. We just need to know in advance of the needs so we can make sure we can we can rota staff accordingly to make the environemnt safe yet enjoyable. 

  • Do you accept foreign students?

    Previously we have welcomed children from Ukraine and Spain with limited language abilities and we are happy to consider children from any country. Parents will need to ensure the child has been explained our rules and safety information in their own language.

  • Will my child need food?

    Campers will need to bring two snacks and a pack lunch. Please bear in mind that there are no refrigeration facilities onsite & we have a strict NO NUT POLICY.


    If your child is attending via HAF, food is provided and a choice of jacket potatoes or baps are chosen in the morning of camp by your child. 


    During the Summer, Easter and Christmas holidays, lunch will be available to purchase for £5 per child. 

  • What should my child bring?

    Everyday: Lunch, snack,  water to drink, waterproof jacket, appropriate change of clothes. 


    During the hot days we to have water fights which means your child should have a spare change of clothes. 

  • What is your refund policy?

    Cancellation by the customer – a 50% refund will be available if Cotswold Active Camps  is notified in writing at least 1 weeks before the commencement of the camp. No refunds thereafter.

    Child is unable to attend due to illness or for any other reason during the week of camp -no refund will be made and days cannot be taken in lieu.

    Camp closes due to factors beyond the managements control such as natural disasters, terrorism or other local emergencies – 50% refund for the first 5 days of closure, and a full refund for any days thereafter. We will only refund days that the camp is closed. Cotswold Active Camps  reserve the right to refuse any child at any time, if in our opinion the child is incompatible with the general ‘well being’ of the camp. No refund will be made.

  • Are you Ofsted registered?

    We are currently in the process of Ofsted registration after running as a sports & art camp under exemption. 


    With our Ofsted registration, we will be able to bring a fresh range of activities, including special activities. 


    Parents will also be able to use schemes such as tax-free childcare vouchers. 


    Ofsted will also bring parents peace of mind that we run to a high and governed standard across all camps.
